PH08855: THE ENDUR COMMAND FAILS WITH CHC0330E ERRORS IN THE SDT TASK

Error description

• The CDC for Db2 for z/OS PTF UI59303, APAR PI92570, introduced
  a problem with the ENDUR command causing it to no longer work
  properly. When issued against an open transaction with either
  COMMIT or ROLLBACK the command will not end the unit of
  recovery. The following errors can result with service dumps
  generated and subsequent staging space reports can show the UR
  disposition as InErr.

  PTF UI59303 for APAR PI92570 changes the UR processing logic in
  Staging Space, but overlooks the handling for an internal log
  record, which is generated when you issue the ENDUR command,
  causing CHC0330E to be issued and the UR disposition displayed
  in Staging Space reports as InErr
  

Problem conclusion

• This fix adds the logic to handle this internal log record when
  log records are added to open or compeleted UR queues in the
  Stagine Space.
