Error description

• When executing a command such as 'ALT' on the ISPF panels, and
  using Change Management to create the change, if a pending
  change already exists for the object, panel ADB2CCR 'Pending
  Changes - Conflict Resolution' appears.  If you specify APPLY
  in the 'APPLY VIRTUAL CHANGES' field, and enter NEXT,  you may
  receive the following ADBGETM messages, followed by an ISPT034
  error:

  ('Pending Changes - Conflict Resolution'):
