PH08754: DFHSI1800I IF THE PLT SOURCE DOES NOT CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE PROGRAM ENTRY DFHPLT TYPE=ENTRY,PROGRAM=XXXXXX

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer had all COPY statements in source file for PLT.
  In CICS TS 5.5 if the PLT source does not contain at least one
      DFHPLT TYPE=ENTRY,PROGRAM=xxxxxx
  
  then CICS recieves a DFHSI1800I error msg:
    DFHSI1800I applid  CICS no longer supports assembled PLT
    tables.  PLT pltname does not contain any program names.
  
  CICS is trying to validate the PLT source statements and
  doesn't expect it to contain all COPY statements.
  

Local fix

• Place at least one
      DFHPLT TYPE=ENTRY,PROGRAM=xxxxxx
  in the PLT source file.
