PH08728: WARNING POP-UP WHEN RUNNING INTERACTIVE REPORT AS A USER WITH NOREAD PERMISSION ON THE REPORT OR DATA MODULE

Error description

• A user is granted execute and traverse permission on a Report
  which uses the interactive veiwer, and the Module the report is
  based on.  When they run the report, they receive a large
  warning in a toast message at the top of the screen:
  
  The latest package information could not be loaded.  The package
  this report is referencing may no longer exist.  Package
  metadata is required for proper operation of the user interface.
  Certain elements of the report definitions may not be viewable
  or editable.
  

Local fix

• Grant the user Read permission, or change the report to run in
  the Classic Viewer
