Error description
After a Token is Restricted in EWS an attempt is made to Delete the Token from FTM, either by the UI or SoapUI. The response received from SoapUI is: <Fault xmlns="https://ftmrest.xyznet.com/fxh/svc/cxctokens/"> <errorCode>500</errorCode> <errorDescription>100000: Invalid value specified for tokenStatus: R</errorDescription> </Fault> When attempting to delete a Token/Payment Profile in the Zelle Participant Attributes screen "An error has occurred during processing" message appears. Token deletion should not be permitted, however recommend that the R status should be recognized by FTM and a "Restricted Token cannot be deleted" or similar message should appear.

On the FTM UI -> removed the deactivate token icon if the token is not in a status that can be deactivated. Also, added a check so that if using WebService calls, throw an error not allowing a token to be deactivated if it is restricted.
