Error description

• When running the DB2PE statistics report, message FPES0005W was
  issued. The problem may occur when processing IFCID001 and
  IFCID002 records generated by Db2 V9.
  
  The message text will be similar to the following:
  
  STATISTICS RECORD WITH IFCID 0002, SEQNO = xxxxxx MISSING.
  
  IFCID 0001, SEQNO = xxxxxx IGNORED.

  Code may incorrectly check Db2 V9 IFCID002 for QBST, QBGL or
  QBSP overflow data sections. That should not be done for
  Db2 V9 and may cause IFCID001 and IFCID002 to not be paired
  correctly.
