PH08370: ICHLQ PARAMETER NOT HONORED FOR STACK PROCESSING WHEN INVOKING HPIC

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currently DRF does not pass the ICHLQ in FUNC BLDPARM, which
  equates to HPIC GLOBAL, even if ICHLQ is provided in UTILGLBL.
  DRF only passes it in SETPARM, which equates to HPIC IC
  statement.  ICHLQ must be specified on HPIC GLOBAL statement to
  be used with STACK.

  When invoking HPIC from DRF with STACK processing, the ICHLQ
  parameter Is ignored.  This fix corrects the issue.
  

Problem conclusion

• ICHLQ now supported when DRF keywords STACK is used.
