Comments

  • This APAR adds support for using the Liberty Administrative
Center ("Admin Center") to administer Liberty JVM servers.

The Liberty features topic in the CICS Transaction Server for
z/OS 5.5 Knowledge Center will be updated to include the
adminCenter-1.0 feature. A new topic will be added to explain
how to configure the Admin Center in a CICS environment.

This APAR also addresses the following issues:

    - An application installed into a Liberty JVM server hangs in
BEING ENABLED state indefinitely, rather than timing out, when
server.xml specifies that the updateTrigger attribute of the
config and applicationMonitor elements is disabled.

    - An attempt is made to install a Liberty application but this
fails due to a wiring issue. Subsequent attempts to reinstall
the application after resolving the wiring issue fail with a
CWWKG0102I message indicating there is a conflicting property
    token value.
