Error description

• Scripts are needed to give users that aren't running IHS the
  ability to easily get the gskit version and so on.

  The plugin_home/bin folder doesn't contain necessary scripts
  to set up the environemnt to run gskcapicmd commands.
  

Problem conclusion

• Scripts have been added to the plugin install that will allow
  the execution of gskcmd or gskcapicmd calls.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.5.0.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:
