Error description

• CWPST0164E occurs when processing the PolicySet/WS-Policy
  configuration for a JAX-WS Web Service when the application
  name ends in ".ear".

  The DefaultWSDLPostProcessorImpl class was not parsing the
  application name correctly when constructing the path to use
  to read the deployment.xml file if the application name ended
  in ".ear".
  

Problem conclusion

• The DefaultWSDLPostProcessorImpl.postProcessWSDL method was
  modified to handle the application name correctly.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  8.5.5.18 and 9.0.5.3.  For more information, see 'Recommended
