  SMF 120 subtype 9 record should report the value of cvtzcbp.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to add the value of cvtzcbp and the number of
  worker threads in a servant to the z/OS server information
  section of the SMF 120 subtype 9 record.
  
  The value of cvtzcbp will be saved in a new field called
  SM1209HW. SM1209HW will be bit 3 of SM1209GE.
  
  The number of worker threads in a servant will be in a new
  field called SM1209HX. SM1209HX starts at decimal offset 136
  and is 4 bytes long.
  
  These two new fields will be available when SM1209BQ is
  greater than or equal to 3.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.16 and 9.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
