Error description

• Change Team finds when SET CHLAUTH is executed, MQ can return
  an incorrect queue name if it is unable to PUT a message to
  the SYSTEM.ADMIN.CONFIG.EVENT queue.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When queue manager configuration events *
  *                      are enabled and the                     *
  *                      SYSTEM.ADMIN.CONFIG.EVENT queue is      *
  *                      full, an error is reported as a result  *
  *                      of issuing a SET CHLAUTH command. This  *
  *                      correctly warns the user that the       *
  *                      queue is full, but the reported queue   *
  *                      name is incorrect.                      *

  The code which deals with placing queue manager configuration
  events on the queue incorrectly assumes that all messages
  originate from the queue: SYSTEM.CHLAUTH.DATA.QUEUE, when it
  should instead report the queue name as:
  SYSTEM.ADMIN.CONFIG.EVENT.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to report the correct queue name.
