Error description

• IMS adds new statement CTLSEGNM= on DFSMAP statement by
  APAR/PTF PI96463/UI59325(V14) and APAR PI97302/UI59327(V15).
  This APAR provides LIU enhancement for this new statement.
  The following utilities support CTLSEGNM= by this APAR;
  1). DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal decodes CTLSEGNM= statement
  2). DBD/PSB/ACB Compare compares CTLSEGNM= value
  3). Catalog Manager decodes and compares CTLSEGNM= statement
  and value
  4). DBD Map Viewer displays CTLSEGNM= statement in DBD macro
  source and DBD XML document

  This APAR enables the following utilities to process the
  CTLSEGNM on the DFSMAP statement for DBD and ACB:
  - DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal utility decodes the CTLSEGNM on the
    DFSMAP statement for DBD and ACB.
  - DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility compares the CTLSEGNM on the
    DFSMAP statement for DBD and ACB.
  - Catalog Manager utility converts the CTLSEGNM on the DFSMAP
    statement for ACBs in the IMS directory.
  - LIU DBD Map Viewer decodes the CTLSEGNM on the DFSMAP
    statement for DBD and creates XML document which includes the
    CTLSEGNM parameter.
    LIU DBD Map Viewer also creates XML document which includes
    the following parameters.
     - FLD, INPOS and SSPCMD sub parameter of EXIT parameter on
       DBD or SEGM statement
     - EXTERNALNAME parameter on XDFLD statement
