Error description

• Administration Tool incorrectly parse the Control Region User
  Parms on which some quotes are described.
  This can cause some various errors including S213-E9.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Administration Tool incorrectly parse   *
  *                      the Control Region User Parms on which  *
  *                      some quotes are described.              *
  *                      This can cause some various errors      *
  *                      including S213-E9.                      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Administration Tool incorrectly interpret some quotes which
  are described on the Control Region User Parms.
  As the results, this can cause unpredictable errors which are
  including the following:
  
   - S213-E9
   - Dynamic allocation error with a error message ATY3107E
  
  By this APAR, Administration Tool can interpret some quotes
  on the Control Region User Parms correctly.
