Error description

• On a collect of IMS data, sometimes get an error:
  DRL2300E The time stamp in the IMS log record is less than the
  time stamp in the previous record. Log records are out of
  sequence.

  When initializing the date field for comparison, the value was
  set to the date in the first record. In this case, the first
  record did not have a valid date.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed so if the first record does not have a
  valid date field, the field is initialized to zeros.
