• 1). Allow for user customizable options updating DBDs and PSBs
  2). Fix the error of ARRAY definition and start-point mistake
  of REDEFINES on DBDGEN

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of IBM IMS Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS (FMID=HALC110)                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Administration Tool detects some        *
  *                      assemble errors and fails to generate   *
  *                      a DBD or PSB in the Import or the IMS   *
  *                      resource change function when either    *
  *                      of the following conditions is          *
  *                      satisfied:                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - COMPAT(CASE) is defined as the        *
  *                      assembler default option                *
  *                      - A COBOL copybook contains OCCURS      *
  *                      with 'PIC 9(n)' attribute               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  For the following reasons, Administration Tool can get some
  assemble errors during generating a DBD or PSB in the Import
  or the IMS resource change function:
  
  - Administration Tool always calls ASMA90 with some assembler
  default options, but the default options can be defined in
  each sight.If COMPAT(CASE) is defined as the assembler default
  option, Administration Tool gets some assemble errors during
  generating a DBD or PSB.
  
  - Administration Tool incorrectly handles a COBOL copybook
  which contains OCCURS with 'PIC 9(n)' attribute.  In this
  case, Administration Tool gets some assemble errors during
  generating a DBD.
  

Problem conclusion

• Administration Tool is changed as follows:
  
  -  When a sequential data set has some assembler options and
  the name of the data set is registered with variable
  DDNAME=ASMAOPT, Administration Tool calls ASMA90 with the
  options in the data set.
  
  -  Even if a COBOL copybook contains OCCURS with 'PIC 9(n)'
  attribute, Administration Tool can generate a DBD.
