APAR status

• Closed as new function.

Error description

• Currently, DVM validates an user id access and uses DVM started
  tasks ID accessing IMS data (if IMSPSBSECURITY is set to YES).
  IMS needs to validate the security access of a user id before
  accessing the IMS data. The access should be granted to
  a user id, not the DVM started task id.
  Hence, the access can be tracked for auditing purpose.
