PH07976: SYSTEM TRANSACTION CFCT NOT SECURITY CHECKED AT STARTUP

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• APAR PI97207 created the new CFCT system transaction.
  DFH$CAT1 sample CLIST was updated by the APAR; however, DFHXSRC
  was not updated to include a category 1 security check against
  the CICS region userid at startup.

  In the reported problem, CICS CAT1 system transaction CFCT was
  RACF restricted for a CICS region which had SEC=YES specified as
  a SIT over-ride.  A consequence of this is that CICS will check
  during initialisation that it has access to all CICS CAT1
  transactions.  If access is unavailable then CICS startup
  should terminate with a DFHXS1113 error message. This did not
  occur for CFCT.
