Error description

• This APAR fixes the following problems of IMS Administration
  Tool ISPF:
  Admin Tool Startup
  - When a DAI TAS XCF group name is entered at the Admin Tool
  Startup panel and the TAS server is not active, the Admin Tool
  ISPF ends with ATYZ010E message.
  - A full data set name of Tools Base SAIILINK cannot be
  specified at the Startup panel.
  - Help is not provided at the the Startup panel.
  - Admin Tool XCF Group is incorrect. ITB DAI TAS XCF Group is
  correct.
  IMS Command Processor
  - PF15 and END command do not work in the Issue IMS Command
  panel.

  This APAR fixes the following problems of IMS Administration
  Tool ISPF client:
  
  Admin Tool Startup
  -When a DAI TAS XCF group name is entered at the Admin Tool
   Startup panel but the TAS server is not active, the Admin Tool
   exec ends and returns to TSO/ISPF panel.
  -Tools Base HLQ can be specified at the Startup panel, but
   it should be a full data set name of Tools Base DAI loadlib
   (SAIILINK).
  -Wording "Admin Tool XCF Group" is not correct. It should be
   "Tools Base DAI TAS XCF Group".
  -Help panel is not provided for the Admin Tool Startup panel.
  
  IMS Command Processor
  -PF15 and END command do not work in the Issue IMS Command
   panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• Admin Tool ISPF are changed as follows:
  
  Admin Tool Startup
  -When the TAS server is not active, Admin Tool tells the server
   name is not correct or it is not active, and displays the DAI
   TAS XCF group list panel.
  -Start up panel changed as follows:
    - The full data set name of Tools Base DAI loadlib
       (SAIILINK) can be entered instead of HLQ.
    - "Tools Base DAI TAS XCF Group" which is correct wording is
       displayed.
  -Help panels are available for the following panels:
    - Admin Tool Startup
    - DAI TAS XCF Group List
  
  IMS Command Processor
  -Inactive PF keys (PF15 and PF24) are made active.
  -ISPF commands such as END, EXIT, and CAN are active.
  
  Catalog Space Analysis and DBD/PSB Summary Reports
  -Inactive PF keys (PF15 and PF24) are made active.
  -ISPF commands such as END, EXIT, and CAN are active.
