APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Users noticed while running the post processor and there's
another job ABCD starting in SDSF. After some records are
processing, there's no more processing from the
Rational Asset Analyzer started task long, but job ABCD still
shows running. Even after the user manually deleted all the
records in 'analysis queue', the job ABCD
is still running and consuming CPU.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • The proprietary scanner hangs when analyzing some SQL statements
 that include UNION ALL and a nested Common Clause is present.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The scanner was updated to process Select statements with UNION
ALL and nested Common Clauses

    



Temporary fix


    

  • Please contact support to get test fix WI94482.SDMHLOAD.BIN and
the instruction.
