Error description

  • When a user Perl script calling CtCmd performs a ClearCase task
like creating a view, if a custom umask was set before the
operation, the operation may execute with the wrong umask,
resulting in objects being created with incorrect permissions.
This is mst commonly seen when using CtCmd::cleartool to create
    a VOB or view.
