Error description

• During an IBM Rational Team Concert upgrade from 6.0.1 to 6.0.4,
  an error results in the CCM.log and continues to populate the
  log:

  "com.ibm.team.rtc.update.site.content.rtc.feature" profile

  -site" update site that is referenced in the
  
  "/.../jazz/v6.04/conf/ccm/provision_profiles/rtc-commons-profile
  .ini" profile file.
  
  com.ibm.team.repository.provision.ProvisionException: CRJAZ0281E
  The "org.eclipse.emf.ecore" dependency bundle cannot be
  installed.

  This error does not appear to have any effect on the upgrade or
  functions.
