Error description

• CM Batch uses RRS attach. With this fix, CM Batch will be able
  to use CAF instead of RRS attach for the WSL conversion
  functions.

Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Administration Tool for z/OS    *
  *                 that use CAF and want to do CM batch         *
  *                 WSL conversions.                             *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users that run CAF and not RRS          *
  *                      cannot use CM batch JCL for the         *
  *                      WSL conversion functions even           *
  *                      though there is no need for RRS         *
  *                      to do the conversion.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  CM batch does not allow customers who use CAF to do the WSL
  conversion functions, ACTION_CONVERT_TO_READ_WSL and
  ACTION_CONVERT_TO_ISPF_WSL. There is no need for RRS access
  to be able to do these conversions. CM batch should be modified
  to allow CAF users to do these conversions.
