Error description

• When running EXPLAIN, it adds the OPTIMIZE FOR nn ROWS prepare
  attribute to the EXPLAIN statement. Max No of Rows to Fetch is
  influencing directlythe statement being explained.

  nnn ROW(S) when running EXPLAIN statements.
  This affects the Db2 optimizer which is not desired
