• CM Batch Analyze or Object Compare may change a column defined
  as
  'TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIMEZONE NOT NULL' to 'TIMESTAMP WITHOUT
  TIMEZONE WITH DEFAULT NULL':
  Compare table source(>schema<.>table<) and
  target(>schema<.>table<)
  Column >column<
    (D)Nulls/default changed from NOT NULL to WITH DEFAULT NULL
  

Local fix

• Define column in source DDL as 'TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIME ZONE NOT
  NULL,' instead of 'TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIMEZONE NOT NULL.'
