Error description

• Re-defining Unload Alter Tables option:
  - simplify when ALTER TABLE ADD/DROP COLUMN occurs
  - adding warning message for when ALTER TABLE ADD COLUMN
    encounters a DB2 restriction and forces drop/create

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Compare results in unnecessary DROP/    *
  *                      CREATE statements where an ALTER        *
  *                      statement can be used. In some cases    *
  *                      columns are unnecessarily dropped,      *
  *                      then added back, but the data is not    *
  *                      restored.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Using the option "UNLOAD ALTERED TABLES" when doing a
  Compare or when running Analyze, dropping and appending
  columns generate DROP/CREATE statements where an ALTER
  statement can be used. In other cases, using the option
  "UNLOAD ALTERED TABLES" option to drop and append columns
  was resulting in unnecessary drops/adds of columns and
  the data is not restored. Also, the generated WSL
  attempts to recreate the index before the columns have been
  added back, which results in an SQLCODE=-205 / SQLCODEN205
  error.
