Error description

• This APAR/PTF implements the following enhancements:
  1) Build error occurs when including an orphaned Utility profile
  in a job group
  2) COPY to COPY utility: LISTDEF specifies INDEXSPACE when
  object is a TABLESPACE
  3) Incorrect messages in job output for utility control card
  dataset and members
  4) Perform build job from HAA$JPRU: Unexpected/wrong value for
  field "Update Job Generation Options"
  5) Prevent REORG Avoidance user inputs when RA not customized
  6) HAA$EPRU - Entering "LT 0" on FREESPACE_PCT and "LT -1" on
  ORGRATIO results in HAA521E error and cursor placed on ORGRATIO
