Error description

• When a compare where two tables have swapped table space, the
  table spaces are recreated in incorrect order. Execution of the
  WSL fails with SQLCODE -204 / SQLCODEN204.

  When trying to change a table's tablespace to a new tablespace,
  the CREATE TABLESPACE statement in the resulting WSL follows the
  CREATE TABLE statement and causes an SQLCODE -204 where the
  tablespace name is undefined.
