PH06939: DB2 ADMIN TOOL - PARTITION KEY CHANGES GENERATES DROP/CREATE WHEN ALTER/REORG IS SUFFICIENT

Error description

• When changing the limitkey values and adding 2 more partitions
  for a UTS PBR the tool generates unload, drop, recreate, reload
  statements. The change can be done with all ALTER statements and
  a REORG.

  *                      in situations where DB2 allows the      *
  *                      alter partitions and add partitions to  *
  *                      be done with ALTER TABLE statements.    *

  When trying to alter and add table partitions in a single
  change, Compare requires the table be drop/created even in
  situations where DB2 allows the alter partitions and add
  partitions to be done with ALTER TABLE statements.
  Compare will allow a change containing alter and add table
  partitions to be done together as alter/reorg unless the limit
  key contains MINVALUE or MAXVALUE.
