Error description

• This APAR addresses 4 issues:
  1.  Executing line command LP ('List Plan Table') on a package
  on panel ADB21K ('ssid Packages') may take a very long time when
  table DSN_QUERYINFO_TABLE is in play.
  2.  Panel ADB2AKI1 'Interpretation of an Object in SYSPACKAUTH'
  shows "Plan" instead of "Package" in field description.
  3.  Bind statements are missing in generated batch JCL.
  4.  The input field APPLCOMPAT on panel ADB21KB 'Bind Package'
  does not allow value V12R1M100 when running Db2 V12.1 FL 100.

  Issue 1:
  When table DSN_QUERYINFO_TABLE has many rows, the LP line
  command on panel ADB21K 'Packages' take longer to return
  results, approximately 1 second per 50,000 rows.
  
  Issue 2:
  Panel ADB2AKI1 'Interpretation of an Object in SYSPACKAUTH'
  shows "Plan" instead of "Package" in field description.
  
  Issue 3:
  On panel ADB21K 'Packages', the BIND command generates an
  incomplete list of packages in batch mode.
  
  Issue 4:
  The input field APPLCOMPAT on panel ADB21KB 'Packages' does
  not allow value V12R1M100 when using DB2 V12.1
  Compat Mode (not New Function).
