Error description

• When Stating IMS Admin Tool Startup panel with ATY$PRIM Rexx
  script created by IMS Tools Setup, the panel issues the
  following error message:
  "AIICMSM AIICMSVR AIICSSI0 AIIXNAME" not found

  IMS Administration Tool ISPF Dialog (ATY$MAIN) ends with the
  following error message when it is invoked by ISPF Dialog
  Driver (ATY$PRIM) generated by IMS Tools Setup:
     "AIICMSM AIICMSVR AIICSSI0 AIIXNAME" not found in Tools Base
     library
  This error occurs when combined library is specified in the
  IMS Tools Setup process.
  ATY$PRIM passes two parameters to ATY$MAIN implicitly:
    HLQ - Admin Tool libraries high level qualifier and
    TBHLQ - Tools Base libraries high level qualifier
  If combined library is selected, the two hlq values become the
  identical and cause ATY$MAIN to malfunction.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new parameter DAILIB, which specifies the data set name of
  Tools Base DAI load library, replaces current TBHLQ parameter.
  ATY$PRIM generated by IMS Tools Setup passes a DAILIB parameter
  instead of a TBHLQ parameter to ATY$MAIN.
  IMS Administration Tool is also fixed ATY$MAIN to accept the new
  parameter and properly handle the Tools Base library data set
  name.
