Error description

• Validation of a relational report in Dynamic Query Mode ends
  with warning "XQE-PLN-0264 The argument at position 1 of the
  function 'cast_integer' is invalid in data item '<data_item>' of
  query 'Query1', expected one of the following types: 'numeric'."
  when using a substr function nested in cast_integer. The report
  can be executed fine.
  The same is working successfully, if all function sets are
  inlcuded in the FM package or when the package is in Compatible
  Query Mode.
