• Env:
  1. Cognos 11.0.9 , Windows server 2008 R2

  datasource Oracle 11.2.0.4
  
  Problem
  Referring to the case TS001610046
  
  It is about 1 pie report in the Dashboard , in the pie report,
  there is 2 filter field applied .
  
  there is Security table applied in FM model , if the login user
  is filter in this security table, there will be the error, if
  the login user is not filter in this security table, there will
  be no issue.

  We build table relationship between tables in FM, like YYYYMM
  field is the join relationship between those table
  
  Here there is Security table: WPG06_DIM_SECURITY_CEO, add
  'Specify Data Security' : Security.WPG06_DIM_SECURITY_CEO.EMP_NO
  = 'A0191' , Group is for Login user.
  
  On another table DASHBOARD.Dashboard AR, there is security
  filter as below:
  DASHBOARD.Dashboard AR.Organization.OU ID in (
  Security.WPG06_DIM_SECURITY_CEO.OU_ID )
  
  
  2. Publish the package CSO_RDB_06_R6_f in FM
  
  3. On Cognos welcome page, create new Dashboard.
  
  4. Add package CSO-RDB_06_R6_f
  
  5. Create one Stack colume bar chart, with colume 'YYYYMM'
  (DIM_TIME) , length 'Overdue Amt' (Dashboard AR), color 'Aging'
  
  6. Create another Pie chart in same dashboard, with Segments
  'Cust Group' (DIM_CUSTOMER), Size 'NSB Amt (USD)'
  
  7. After we create those 2 reports, we can reproduce the same
  issues as customer.
  
  First, if we click on stacked bar chart, YYYYMM for 201809, it
  works, for another pie chart will show data for 201809.
  While if we click on the color bar like Aging , it will pass
  201809 and Aging information like Bucket1 to pie chart, it will
  report the error 'Query Service internal error has occurred,
  please see the logs for details' , in the logs, we can see:
