This problem occurs both Web interface and ISPF interface. - "Show Full DBD List" or "Show Full PSB List" in the Program and Database Instances in IMS Catalog Databases is failed to identify ACBGEN timestamp when IMS catalog database contains an entry whose ACBGEN timestamp is null. In this case, Web interface of IMS Administration Tool shows the message "An unidentified error occurred.". This APAR fixes LIU not to dynamically allocate a DBD library when DBD library is not needed. If LIU can not allocate a DBD library, LIU issues MSGFABX0537E. This APAR also fixes LIU to show 'NO DATE' or 'NO TIME' when LIU is run for "Show Full DBD List" or "Show Full PSB List" and LIU finds ACBGEN timestamp which is saved in the IMS catalog database has null value. This APAR also fixes the following problem. When the user does not specify alphanumeric characters and special character like $, #, @, % and * for the parameter for keyword in FABXCIN control statement, it shows MSGFABX0521E SYNTAX ERROR IN THE CONTROL STATEMENT. This APAR modified to output another new message MSGFABX0528E.
