Error description

• The IMS Catalog Import gets an error IKJ56228I IMS Boot strap
  data set not in Catalog when the IMS is not IMS Management of
  ACBs.

  The Administration Tool import job reads ACBs from ACBLIB data
  sets or IMS directory data sets to back up ACB objects. When the
  IMS is not IMS management of ACBs that is ACBMGMT=ACBLIB in the
  DFSDF member, the import job should read ACBs from ACBLIB data
  sets. However, it attempts to read IMS directory erroneously. As
  the result, IKJ56228I is issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• This PTF corrects the import to back up objects from ACBLIBs
  when the IMS is not IMS management of ACBs.
