PH06662: FRAMEWORK MANAGER CRASHES WHEN PUBLISHING A PACKAGE UPGRADED FROM 11.0.6 TO 11.1.1

Error description

  • A model is created in 11.0.6 which works fine.  After upgrading
to Cognos Analytics 11.1.1 and Framework Manager 11.1.1, the
model is opened in FM and upgraded to the newer version.  When
publishing a package from this model, the Framework Manager
process crashes, with a windows dialog that says bmtui2 has
stopped working.
