  it should not be an error.

  Catalog=No

  This APAR fixes the following problems of Management Console
  plug-in:
  
  - When no IMSID is registered, an incorrect error message is
    issued.
  - Input value for 'CTL region User Parms' of IMS Subsystem is
    not saved.
  - If all registered IMSIDs don't enable IMS Catalog,
    'Register IMS Systems' table shows '(discovery failed)' for
    'IMS Catalog' field and IMSID cannot be selected in
    IMS Catalog/ACB Mgmt page and IMS SPUFI page.
  - In 'IMS Management' tab, number of table rows is displayed
    incorrectly when a row in the table is selected.
  - SELECT statement issued by IMS SPUFI fails when the number of
    result lines is more than the SQL option value

  - Tooltip help text uses incorrect button text in Import Objects
    and Export Objects pages
