    In a multipart/related message, the SOAP part Content-Type was
    set to "text/xml", as in the following example:

Problem conclusion

  • The Content-Type header for SOAP part is set as the type value
    in multipart message Content-Type header.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
    pack 19.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
