PH06122: USERS WHO HAVE RUN PERMISSION ON REPORT ARE ABLE TO OPEN IT UP IN EDIT MODE AFTER REFRESHING THE BROWSER WHILE RUNNING IT

Error description

• -Users who have Run permission in a particular directory and the
  contents within are able to open up a report from that directory
  in edit mode, after running it interactively and refreshing with
  F5 on the running report
  -The similar is observed for administrators and other users.
  

Local fix

• - Schedule the report and save the report version
  - Click on ellipses for the report, click view versions, you
  should see a version if the schedule ran successfully
  - The advanced report property for Default Portal Action should
  be set to "view most recent report"
  - On running the report interactively and clicking the refresh
  button on the browser or F5 it refreshes the page and re-runs
  the report
