Problem summary

  The load balancer script (dsserver) did not include the
  CustomAdvisors path when starting java so custom advisors
  deployed in this directory are not found.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added the CustomAdvisor directory to the java classpath in
  dsserver.
  
  Fix applies to LB for IPv4 and IPv6 only (ULB). Fix was not
  necessary for the Windows distribution as it already had the
  directory in the classpath.
  
  Fix levels:
      8.5.5.16
      9.0.0.11
  

Temporary fix

• Modify dsserver to include the CustomAdvisors directory in the
  java classpath.
