Problem summary

  This APAR fixes the ACBGEN problem described by IMS V15 APAR
  PI95530 and IMS V14 APAR PI96062 as same as IMS ACBGEN does.
  The Advanced ACBGEN skips the generation of new ACB members for
  IMS catalog PSB resources (DFSCPL00, DFSCP000, DFSCP001,
  DFSCP002, DFSCP003) when PSB=ALL was specified.
  A new warning message is issued for each IMS catalog PSB
  resource member.
  PSB=ALL ignores and does not generate IMS catalog PSB
  resources to the ACBLIB. If the user want to generate the ACBs
  for the IMS catalog resources, the names of the PSBs must be
  specified on the PSB= statement.
  
  Advanced ACBGEN utility under IMS V15 without APAR PI95530,
  IMS V14 without APAR PI96062, IMS V13 or earlier IMS version
  is not changed by this APAR.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules has been modified to fix the above
  problem:
   FABQMSGS, FABQMSG1, FABQPLST, FABQUER0
