PH05821: ADD SUPPORT FOR PERVASIVE DATA ENCRYPTION IN DFSMS AND DB2 VERSION 12 WITH FUNCTION LEVEL 502

Error description

• This enhancement adds support for pervasive data encryption in
  DFSMS and Db2 version 12 with function level 502. The new COPY
  command keyword ENCRYPTION-MISMATCH-RC is added to control Db2
  Cloning Tool behavior when an encryption-related mismatch is
  detected. The new KEYLABEL attribute is added to the
  DDL-ATTRIBUTE-CHANGE keyword. The new TCPIP_ENCRYPTION_ENABLE
  and TCPIP_KEY_LABEL parameters are added to PARMLIB to control
  the encryption of TCP/IP communications of Db2 Cloning Tool.
