  It is caused by CPSM lock management.  A shortage in global lock
  storage led to the CPSM CLFX method ABENDing during lock
  recovery.

Problem summary

  *                      terminates its internal cache.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves         *
  *                 PH05626, all CMASes and MASes must be        *
  *                 recycled to pick up the new code.  Note      *
  *                 that the restarts do not need to occur at    *
  *                 the same time.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  During CPSM cache termination, such as CMAS shutdown, an
  internal call is made to unregister a resource.  The macro
  expansion which makes this call uses GR14 as a work register.
  At this stage of execution, CPSM is running in ARMODE.  This
  means that if there is a value in AR14 whilst GR14 is being
  used as a work register, an ABEND ASRA/0C4 may occur in module
  EYU0CLFX at offset A64.

• CPSM has been modified to clear AR14 before the macro call to
  unregister a CPSM resource thus ensuring that GR14 is free to
  be used as a work register for the macro whilst running in
  ARMODE in module EYU0CLFX.
