Error description

• When trying to execute statements:
  1) Rename of history table
  2) Reestablish temporal relationship
  
  AOC generates incorrect WSL:
  The history table is dropped / created instead of renamed.
  (Also, there was no LOAD of the dropped table.)

  *                      table, Compare drops/recreates the      *
  *                      history table instead of using the      *
  *                      renamed table.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When renaming a table that will be used as history table and
  adding versioning to another table that uses the renamed table,
  Compare drops/recreates the history table instead of using the
  renamed table. Compare is not aware that the original table was
  renamed and attempts to assign the old Table name as the history
  table instead. Compare should associate the renamed table as the
  history table.
