Description:
------------
The mongodb installer try to download files when run from the
install script. This causes failure on a non-internet connected
machine

How to reproduce:
-----------------
1. Make sure your machine has no connection to internet
2. Make sure you get the needed downloads (mongodb- and
pm2-installer) from another machine
3. Run the node install-dr.js script
4. Reply Y when asked if you want to install mongdb

==> The installation starts but then just hangs

More information:
-----------------
This happens because the installer tries to download the
installer for Compass (MongoDB UI).

Workaround:
-----------
* Install the mongodb manually and uncheck the "Install MongoDB
Compass" checkbox
* Edit the installation script to contain:
SHOULD_INSTALL_COMPASS=0

Problem conclusion


    

  • installation script was updated to explicitly skip Cosmos
installation. This was done in 9.7 2018.48
