PH05263: LOAD JOB WITH OPERAND "WTOMSG" PRODUCES UNLOAD TYPE OF MESSAGES IN THE SUMMARY REPORT AND IQC2503I NOT SHOWING IN THE JOBLOG

Error description

• Two issues found:
  1) Running LOAD or UNLOAD jobs with operand WTO or WTOMSG is
  producing a summary report as 'UNLOAD' type and is truncating
  messages to a smaller length.
  2) Informational MSGIQC2503I is not being displayed in the
  joblog, but only in the QCFPRINT report.  It needs to be
  displayed in the joblog as well.
