Error description
If you embed a pdf link like https://www.einfach-fuer-alle.de/artikel/checkliste-barrierefrei e-pdf/Checkliste-Barrierefreies-PDF.pdf in a dashboard and save this dashboard, when later trying to copy or move it, IE will place the embedded pdf object above our copy / move dialog, making navigating hard to impossible. Firefox doesn't show the same problem.

IE does not properly support layering DOM containers (flyouts, popups) over iFrames containing PDF documents. This is a known limitation of IE browsers. i.e not unique to the dashboard application.
