Error description

• When attempting to create an environment template, and add a
  team with a non-standard type (a type other than "Standard
  Environment Template") , a security error will be thrown (even
  if the user has all permissions).

Problem conclusion

• Issue was investigated and found to be fixed indirectly in some
  release after UCD 7.0.1.0. Fix has been confirmed to included in
  UCD 7.0.3.0
