Error description

• This APAR address the following issues:
  1. Application definition validation gets interrupted after the
     first failed validation. When the application has a large
     number of validation errors, users cannot commit the
     application in a timely fashion. Significant usability issues
     arise from the delay.

  3. UI elements disabled when they should be active.
  .
  4. Schema display issue on the discovery panel.
