Error description
Server add fails when using the IPv6 ipaddress instead of the hostname on uLB Load balancer v9. Environment:AIX 7.2, ULB 9.0.0-9 Error message in the server.log: ULB failed server add, Failed setting server id : Server add error: UNKNOWNERROR. Using the hostname caused Aix to hang

Problem conclusion
Code was checking for a valid ipv4 address or a valid hostname but not allowing for an ipv6 address. Corrected code. Fix levels: 8.5.5.15 9.0.0.11
